CREEPTEE October Haunt — Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The CREEPTEE October Haunt Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CREEPTEE ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $300 CREEPTEE gift card redeemable toward eligible purchases from CREEPTEE.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $300.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants may receive entries through the entry methods described below during the Sweepstakes Period.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

An eligible participant may receive one (1) entry by completing the official free online giveaway entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) free online entry per person per calendar day.

Social and Promotional Entries

Eligible participants may receive additional entries by completing the following actions, subject to the applicable requirements and limits:

Following the designated CREEPTEE social-media account: one (1) entry.
Joining the CREEPTEE email list: one (1) entry.
Tagging a friend in the designated giveaway post: one (1) entry.
Sharing the designated giveaway post: two (2) entries.
Posting an eligible photo or video featuring the participant wearing CREEPTEE, tagging the designated CREEPTEE account and using the designated hashtag: three (3) entries.

Sponsor may establish reasonable limits on repeat social or promotional entries and may reject entries that do not satisfy the stated requirements.

Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant may receive one (1) entry by completing a qualifying purchase through the official CREEPTEE online store.

Limit one (1) purchase entry per person per calendar day, regardless of the number or value of purchases made that day.

Multiple purchases made by the same person on the same calendar day will count as no more than one (1) purchase entry.

A purchase is not required to enter or win.

6. Alternative Method of Entry

The free online entry method described above provides an alternative method of entry that does not require a purchase.

A purchase is not necessary to receive entries or to be eligible to win.

7. Entry Requirements

All entries must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

Entries must contain accurate information and comply with these Official Rules.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, automated systems, or other unauthorized means are void.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries.

8. Odds of Winning

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is expected to take place within approximately seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided during entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and administer the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the period specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and general city/state of residence for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

12. User-Generated Content

If an entrant submits a photograph or video as an entry, the entrant represents that they own or have the necessary rights to the submitted content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting content, the entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost or display the submitted content in connection with the Sweepstakes and CREEPTEE marketing.

Sponsor is not required to use any submitted content.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social-media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

Any social-media platform used in connection with the Sweepstakes is released from responsibility for the Sweepstakes.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to the applicable social-media platform.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

15. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive marketing communications. Entrants may separately choose whether to subscribe to Sponsor's marketing communications.
