All original artwork, graphics, designs, illustrations, product photography, copy, and the CreepTee name and logo are the property of CreepTee and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, print, resell, or create derivative works from any CreepTee design without our prior written permission. This includes reproducing our designs on garments or other merchandise, whether for sale or personal use.
Buying a CreepTee product grants you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the design itself.
You're welcome to photograph and share our products on social media. We love that. Just don't reproduce the artwork commercially.
CreepTee designs are original works. Any resemblance to, reference to, or commentary on existing films, franchises, characters, or brands is intended as original artistic expression, parody, or homage, and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or license.
All third-party names, titles, and trademarks that may appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return.

CreepTee designs are horror-themed and may include imagery some people find disturbing, graphic, or unsettling. That's the point — but please browse accordingly. Our products are intended for customers aged 18 and over.
We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, and printed placement may shift slightly between garment sizes. Minor variation is a normal characteristic of made-to-order printing, not a defect.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including orders already placed — where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order for this reason, you'll be refunded in full.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Designs may be retired or released in limited runs.
